Frequently asked questions
How long do the press-ons last?
If you use the enclosed adhesive stickers, the press-ons usually last for about 5-7 days.
If you stick them on with the Doonails nail glue, they will last for approx. 14 days.
The durability always depends on the individual application and the stress on the nails.
How often can I reuse the Press Ons?
If you use the adhesive stickers provided, you can reuse them until they no longer look nice to you. However, before reusing them, make sure that no adhesive residue remains on the underside.
If you attach your press-ons with nail glue, you will most likely only be able to use them once, as a remover is required to remove them, which will probably change the appearance of your press-ons. In addition, the adhesive residue on the underside is very difficult to remove.
Can I care for my nails as usual after application?
If you are working with adhesive stickers, we recommend that you do not use nail oil or creams, as this can have a negative effect on durability. If you use nail glue, you can care for your cuticles as usual.
If your order is already in the packing or shipping process, unfortunately it cannot be cancelled, nor can a change of address be made.
If you no longer want the order, you can simply refuse or not accept it on delivery, it will then be automatically returned to us and you will then receive a refund to your chosen payment method. Please also contact our customer support.

Yes, you can also order our adhesive stickers individually in the shop. One pack contains 180 stickers in 15 different sizes.
How long are the Doonails vouchers valid for?

I have an allergy to gel and Shellac. Are the Soft Gel Press Ons suitable for me?
No need to worry. Our Soft Gel Press Ons are made from an innovative gel formula and contain neither HEMA nor DI-HEMA. They are also free from benzoyl peroxide, which can often cause skin irritation and allergies. If you use them with the enclosed adhesive stickers, they are the ideal choice for allergy sufferers!

I’m partially sighted but still want pretty nails. I tried getting the nails done in the salon, but my nails grow relatively fast and gel only lasted about 10 days before it didn’t look as tidy. Then it would be so difficult to take off the gel and would take ages. I started using press ons a while ago and have used many different brands. These really do feel high quality and they fit my nail beds perfectly and look as if I only painted my natural nail. I strongly recommend not to use a nail sticker. That creates more bulk and it glue residue when the nail is removed. The nail glue provided here is actually excellent as it’s applied by a brush.
My only issue is not with the quality but that the styles are a little boring and plain and that there are not enough styles. I bought 4 styles but none of them were particularly exciting. Bottom line: amazing quality, need more styles.

I am totally thrilled with the press ons! If I have to do something quickly, I'll never put anything else on my nails again. Despite daily wear and tear, they stay firmly in place. I love them :)

I didn't get on so well with the dipping powder system. The press ons are the perfect solution for me. I use them with the nail glue. They last longer than 2 weeks for me.

For the 1st time Soft Gel Press Ons. I have used the stickers it feels firm I am curious to see how long they last. For now I am very happy with it....

Great material and the adhesive holds really well. I actually take little care and they still hold well.
Now after 10 days they are slowly growing out but I still think they look good. The advantage of this material is that the nails don't bend at all if they are heavily exposed. I've had that problem with other products.
